We have bought a number of machines from Powell, all have been great and reliable. We have always received a friendly service from the team there and their online store is great for tools with fast shipping.

After having done a lot of research into the sort of machine we were after, we whittled down the choice of suppliers to a few. After having met with Tom and Bill at their premises we were decided in using Powell.

We’re delighted we did- the service has been brilliant, both during the purchase and most importantly the after sales has been faultless. A few teething problems were encountered towards the end of our warranty period, and in both instances one of the team (usually Filip… very knowledgeable!) was there within 24hrs… exceptional service! Really happy with my Mira9. This is my second laser, I had a Glowforge pro before this and really happy I made the upgrade. So far they've been super helpful with any issues I've run into or problems I've had.
